We will learn new sports, apply those skills to organized games on the turf and courts, bounce on inflatables, have fun inside CKA, create crafts, and each week have MOVIE on the TURF, WATER DAY, and FIELD DAY! Academy Overview • Monday – Friday, 8:15AM-4PM (late checkout of 4:30 available for $25/week pass and $10 extra for a day pass) • Ages 6-12 years old • Weekly registration cost: $175 per child • Snacks and Lunch can be purchased through concession stand or attendee can bring snacks and lunch from home • Fridays will be PIZZA DAY which is included in registration price • Register per week, see below for dates • Daily drop-ins welcome, $50 per day Academy Schedule • Check-In, 8:15AM-8:30AM • Sport of the Day, all sports, trainings, and games will be organized to be played with kids of the same age group/ability level. Daily sport below (schedule may change week to week based on trainer availability) o Monday – Soccer o Tuesday – Basketball o Wednesday - Volleyball o Thursday - Pickleball/Flag football o Friday – Recap of all the sports from the week! • Lunch, attendees can bring their lunch from home or purchase a lunch from our concession stand. A lunch menu will be sent home prior to the week your child attends. • CKA and Inflatables, WATER DAY, MOVIE on the TURF, FIELD DAY, the activity during this time will be determined based on weather so it may adjust from week to week, but we will email parents at the beginning of the week with a projected schedule based on weather forecast. • OPEN PLAY, this will be a time when your child can pick a sport to play or enjoy board games and crafts. • A 50% refund will be offered if you cancel your child before 2 weeks prior to start date. NO refund will be provided if you cancel within two weeks of start date.

SUMMER ADULT BASKETBALL LEAGUE! We are excited to bring back this league to the sportsplex! June 16th - July 28th on Sunday Nights. We will be hosting an Adult Basketball League. Some Rules to be aware of! 1. Game Rules: ○ All games will be played under NCAA rules with the following exceptions: ○ Substitutions: Substitutions must occur when your team has possession of the ball or during a dead ball 2. Game Times: ○ Games will start at the scheduled time or five minutes after the prior game if games are running behind. ○ Teams competing are the only ones allowed on the court during games. Teams arriving for the next game cannot shoot on hoops until the prior game concludes. ○ Games will be forfeited if fewer than 4 players have arrived within five minutes of the scheduled start time. 3. Game Format: ○ Each game consists of two 20-minute halves with a running clock (except for foul shots). ○ Clock stoppages: ○ Timeouts: Each team receives four one-minute timeouts per game. Halftime is a maximum of 3 minutes. ○ Overtime: Overtime periods are 3 minutes, with the clock stopping on all whistles. Additional overtimes are 1 minute each, with one timeout allowed. 4. Team Requirements: ○ Team members must wear team jerseys during games. ○ Teams playing with illegal players will forfeit their game. ○ Staff may request a player’s state-issued ID at any time to verify team membership. ○ Teams may play with four players. Teams with fewer than four players must forfeit. If you have four players available, start playing on time. 5. Fouls: ○ When playing shorthanded with only four or five players, players cannot stay in the game after their 5th foul. ○ If a player fouls out while shorthanded, the team becomes even more shorthanded. ○ Games can continue regardless of the number of players left on the floor. Remember, this is a professional-based league, and we encourage fair play and sportsmanship. Summer Sports Academy! We are excited to revamp our summer program this year! Primal Sports Performance will be running a workout each morning. Then we will have a sport training from a local coach. Sports introduced are soccer, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and flag football. Breakfast is included in the Academy dues. (muffins, fruit, etc.) For lunch we will offer a daily prepaid lunch option as well as concession snacks. Friday we will provide pizza for lunch at no cost. See picture for more details. After lunch we will have craft time, play time, and then spend the rest of the afternoon at CKA! Tuesday we will have Nerf on the Turf. Wednesday will be water day, so plan accordingly. (water balloons, water slides, etc.) Thursday we will do popcorn and a movie on the turf. Friday will be Field Day!
